RENT PAYMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Rent is due in full on the 1st day of each month.  Rent is late after the 1st day of the month and delinquent after the 2nd.  Late charges in the amount of 5% of the rent will be charged after the 7th of the month.  Late notices/eviction notices will be served promptly after the 8th of each month.  A service of notice fee of $20 will also be charged to your account when a notice is delivered to you door.

You may pay your rent with a check, money order or through a direct online transfer from your bank account.  We do not accept cash.  Checks or money orders can be sent through the mail or dropped off in our secure drop box at the front of our office. Make all checks and money orders payable to CWPM. If you want to enroll in our online payment system please call the office and we will send an email that will set up your tenant portal account.  You can then make payments through our secure online system.
